Our offering is a service engagement in 3 simple stages, focused on 
​operationalizing your strategy effectively and efficiently.

While the strategy itself maybe similar in many ways between Organizations, the execution of the strategy is where success lies. It differentiates good from great. It is here that every single organization is different. 

We at Purple Candor believe in this, and hence we don't arrive with out of the box frameworks for success. Instead we come with specialist knowledge, hands-on experience and a toolkit of techniques. 

We believe in Leader-led change and do not come with an army of junior consultants that have read the book or done the course.

​Our Senior Expert Consultants have done this numerous times before and we work with the Leaders of the Organization to deeply understand and optimize for their unique challenge and situation.

Our engagement model is a simple 3 stage process. ​

Stage 1.

Discover & Design

First, deeply understand the problem and the desired outcome. Apply our knowledge and wisdom to help you design the ideal target operating model.

Stage 2.

Plan & Prepare

We plan the roll-out in iterative phases based on your appetite for change. We prepare your leaders and teams for the change with awareness and communication sessions.

Stage 3.

Implement Iteratively

We help your Leaders rollout the change in small fast phases. Tuning it as we go along. Training is tailored to your target state and rolled out in a blended model that suits your learning culture. Coaching and champion support is provided where needed.

​Stage 1, 
​A 
fixed price 'Discovery & Design' engagement. The duration is based on the size and complexity of the target group.

It's here that we review your as-is strategy formulation and cascade method, organization structure, workflow and governance, management system and metrics. Its the combination of these 4 key elements of the operating model that determine its effectiveness. 

We then understand your desired outcomes and your management style and culture.

Based on this, together with you, we design your to-be operating model.
Stage 2,
​The 'Plan & Prepare' stage, 
is where we work with your Leaders to plan and prepare for roll-out. It's a time and material engagement based on the finding and recommendation of Stage 1. 

In this stage we understand your work in progress, your appetite for change, your champion change agents, and accordingly design an iterative rollout plan.

Awareness and communication sessions start in this stage
Stage 3, 
​The 
Implementation stage, consists of consulting, training and coaching.

The 'leaders go first' principle has proven to be an essential part of change success. We tailor our blended learning to suit the newly designed operating model, and the learning culture of the Organization. 

We then train the Leaders first, followed by the teams where necessary. Coaching and champion support helps guide and support Leaders through this journey.
