Our engagement model is a simple 4 stage process.
Stage 1 and 2 are done together as a fixed price 'Discovery' engagement. The duration is based on the size and complexity of the target group.
Stage 3 and 4 depend on the findings in Stage 1 & 2, and can be executed as a Time & Material engagement or on a Fixed Price basis.
Stage 4, the implementation stage, consists of consulting, training and coaching. The 'leaders go first' principle has proven to be an essential part of change success. We offer blended learning that is tailored to suit to the newly designed operating model and the culture of learning in the Organization.
